Variegated Japanese rush. Clumping grass like foliage for shady areas, damp to wet soil.
Variegated Sweet Flag. Iris like leaf to 50cm tall. Vertically striped pale green and white variegation. For wet soil to shallow 5-10cm deep water in partial shade to full sun. Feed during the warmer months. Non Native.

Bare Twig Rush. Upright blue green rush of occasionally flooded areas. To 40 cm tall, clumping plant for full sun. Wet soil to shallow 5cm water. Feed and divide in spring, native.
Bruny Island Carex. A small blue foliaged sedge for damp or wet areas in partial shade or sun in cooler areas. Feed during the warmer months.
Tussock Sedge. Bright green clumping sedge. Grows in wet soil and partial shade or sun in cooler areas. Feed during the warmer months.
Neat upright variegated plant,very tough. Part shade and some water in hot weather.
Bronze Carex / Leather leaf sedge- a clump forming plant with narrow coppery leaves for unusual colour effect.
Golden Sedge. Tufted plant decoratively striped golden yellow with green edges to the leaf. Grows up to 30cm tall. Damp to wet soils with partial shade. Feed and divide in spring. Exotic.
Tassel Sedge. Bright green clumps of arching leaves with drooping flower heads carried above. For wet soil to 5cm deep water. In partial shade or sun. Feed during warmer months.
Low arching striped plant in neat tufty bunches. Some watering in hot weather.
Blue Carex. A waxy blue foliaged sedge for light to full shade. To 50cm tall it grows in wet soil and up to 10cm water. A great foliage plant for wet shadey areas. Feed and divide in warmer months.
Thatching rush. Long cylindrical stems banded horizontally. To 1m tall for moist to wet soils- from south Africa.
Black Magic. A large black/purple elephant ear shaped plant. Prefers damp soil to 10cm deep water and warm to hot summers. Feed well in spring or summer. Shady conditions with protection from wind for best results.
